Adolescents are notorious for not getting enough sleep, which can impact on many aspects of your teenager’s functioning such as mood, function and academic performance.

We recognise that sleep deprivation is currently a big issue in our area, so The Solent NHS Trust have put together some resources, full of tips and advice that you may find useful to help your teenager get enough sleep.
