This integrated pathway aims to describe the child’s journey through continence care and provides information and guidance about a range of continence and toileting issues.
The children in Portsmouth city have the right to easy accessible care which will help them achieve their best possible level of continence.
The support offered by services may range from parents requiring support to toilet train their pre-school child, through to more complex issues including day time and night time wetting, and product provision for children with complex disabilities.
